Support Groups

Our support groups offer valuable support and information to women and those assigned female at birth. If you would like to connect to those from your area, search through the list below to find your local group.

During the Covid-19 pandemic many of our groups took their meetings online.

As the situation gradually returns to normal some groups are starting to hold face to face meetings again. Please click on your local group to find out more about meetings and activities that they have planned. To join the group please sign up to their mailing list. Many of the groups also have private Facebook groups where you can get peer support from other group members, please click on the link to ask to join the group.

Our Online Support Group, our Helpline and our HealthUnlocked forum are available to anyone who doesn’t have a group local to them.

Anyone under 16 wishing to attend a support group must be accompanied by an adult.
