Web Chat is a live chat service offering you the opportunity to access support and information in an instant message system. Our service is operated by trained volunteers who have a personal experience of endometriosis.

They generously give their time to support the endometriosis community so whether you’ve just been diagnosed, have questions about treatment options or would just like someone to talk to, you can use our free confidential endometriosis web chat.

Looking for medical advice?

Our volunteers are not able to give medical advice but can talk through your issues and consider options to overcome them, or just provide a friendly listening ear. If you need medical advice, please contact your GP or endometriosis specialist.

The Samaritans offer emotional support 24 hours a day - in full confidence. If you're in emotional distress and need someone to talk to call 116 123.

Those using the chat on their mobile phone, please be aware that if your phone screen locks it may end the chat. Please consider extending screen lock times when using the chat.
