Menstrual Health at Work

Supporting menstrual health in the workplace is vital for employers to understand. Supporting those with menstrual health conditions will enable staff to thrive in the workplace, but also allow business to succeed.

Menstrual Health at Work is a way for employers to gain an understanding, develop skills and provide resources about different menstrual health conditions. Our project will raise awareness of 6 conditions:

  • Endometriosis
  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
  • Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder
  • Adenomyosis
  • Fibroids
  • Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

We will share information via webinars, resources and information events, about the conditions, how employers can support staff and the impact these conditions may have on women and their careers.
