My names Milly, I am originally from Edinburgh but moved to the Isle of Lewis about 9 years ago. I set up endometriosis western isles because I was diagnosed with endometriosis back in 2022 and since then have found there’s not much support for women’s health on the western isles. my aim with this group is to start support for those with endometriosis and make sure they feel less alone and help others connect with those in the same boat. I also hope to raise awareness on the islands, as it’s still not a well known condition. |
