Frimley Support Group
Becca is the support group leader for the Frimley support group.
I began to have symptoms of endometriosis in my early teens which was often awkward and confusing to manage during school and college. My symptoms increased and I was eventually diagnosed during university. When I met others with endometriosis I realised how important it is to have people around you can relate to. I wanted something positive to come from my diagnosis which led me to volunteering with Endometriosis UK. I am hoping I can offer you a safe environment to get the support you need!
About the support group
The meetings are for anyone who has endometriosis and you are more than welcome to bring a friend, family member or partner with you. The group will run on the first Tuesday of every 3rd month starting from October 2017. There will be a variety of meetings, including informal support sessions and professional speakers discussing endometriosis and how it links to their area of work. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the group!
If you are interested in joining the Frimley Park Hospital Support Group or finding out more information, fill out our local group enquiry form.
Please note: if you have not heard back from the support group since sending your enquiry and are interested in an upcoming meeting, do feel free to come along!
