Instead of dress down Friday how about dressing up in your work clothes to raise money!
Let's face it, there haven't been many occasions to wear normal business wear recently. Why not convince your colleagues to all dress up in smart work clothes on a Friday for a virtual team meeting and make a small donation. It would also create a great opportunity to educate your colleagues about endometriosis.
Host a virtual quiz night on an app like Zoom or House Party.
You can invite friends and family to participate or make it a work event. Each team could be responsible for creating the questions for one round each or you could download a quiz from online to use. Each team makes a donation to play along. If you don't want to think up your own quiz you can do this one which was recorded as a Facebook live on our page a few weeks ago. Play along with Paul from the PJ Quiz Co, the answerers are revealed at the end, there are even some endometriosis themed questions!
Take part in a virtual challenge such as running, walking or cycling! You could walk a marathon on your balcony, use a home exercise bike or get outside and complete a challenge in your local area (following government guidelines of course!).
All you need to do is think up a challenge, set up a page with Just Giving, set a fundraising target and share your page with friends, family and colleagues. You can even use a fitness app to track your progress.
