Many of the groups also have private Facebook groups where you can get peer support from other group members, please click on the link to ask to join the group.
Our Online Support Group, our Helpline and our Health Unlocked forum are available to anyone who doesn’t have a group local to them.
Anyone under 16 wishing to attend a support group must be accompanied by an adult.
