Elsa Palmer nominated for for Caribbean & African Health Network's Black Healthcare Awards 2025

We are delighted to share that Elsa Palmer, Endometriosis UK’s Nurse Support Line Manager has been officially shortlisted for Caribbean & African Health Network's Black Healthcare Awards 2025.

The award recognises and uplifts the work of its nominees, as well as it meaning so much to the wider community it honours.  

This nominations highlights the impact Elsa is making within the healthcare sector. Elsa has worked for the NHS at UCLH for 40+ years. Over the last 30 years she’s been a Nurse Hysteroscopist and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Endometriosis and Women’s Health, at one of the first accredited Endometriosis Specialist Centres. Early this year, Elsa became Endometriosis UK’s Nurse Support Line Manager. Providing expert information, she aims to help those suffering understand endometriosis, offer emotional support, and signpost to options.

Elsa says, "I am shocked but absolutely delighted to receive this nomination. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in this process."
