"I'd be delighted to meet you and any other women from your group if you are able to come to one of our gong baths in Witton Gilbert, near Durham. The next one is on Saturday 6th August from 2.30 pm until 4.00. There is a charge of £12.50 and places need to be booked in advance.

Thank you for your interest in Elemental Sounds. I am Paula Bolton and I am a sound therapist and shiatsu practitioner in Durham, North-East England.

We've had lots of very positive feedback from gong baths (the comments I've copied below from my website are typical) and the experience could well give at least temporary relief to you. The sounds of the gongs and singing bowls have a way of transporting you outside your everyday life and bringing deep refreshment - hence the 'bath'! "

*Please bring something to lie down on such as a camping or yoga mat, plenty of blankets or a sleeping bag and pillows or cushions.
