England's greatest river provides a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable challenge. Join over 3,000 adventurers at the Putney Bridge start as the full 100km route follows the famous Thames Path upstream to Henley, passing through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede and Windsor before a spectacular riverside finish. With 75km, 50km and 25km options also available, there's a Thames Path Challenge for everyone!
Every penny you raise will help fund our vital work providing trusted information, supporting those affected by endometriosis, raising awareness and campaigning for change for the 1 in 10 living with the condition in the UK.
