Run this iconic marathon for Endometriosis UK!
ABOUT THE EVENT
This popular event starts and finishes in Milan's city centre and will take you past many of the city's famous landmarks.
You’ll start on the Corso Sempione, near the Arco della Pace and finish in the Piazza Del Duomo, Milan's 14th century and main piazza (city square), which is dominated by the Duomo, or Milan's Cathedral.
It's a route that crosses the beating heart of Milan. From start to finish, you’ll experience iconic urban landscapes, the warmth of the crowd, DJ sets, music zones, and cheering points that turn every metre into a moment to remember.
Run for Endometriosis UK at the Milan Marathon 2027.
Every penny you raise will go towards our vital work providing much-needed support and information, raising awareness and campaigning for change for the 1 in 10 living with endometriosis in the UK.
There is a minimum fundraising target £500. By registering, you pledge your commitment to begin fundraising and raising a portion of your target by October 20th 2026 or you will lose your space and no longer be eligible to run.
