This popular event starts and finishes i n Milan's city centre and will take you past many of the city's famous landmarks.

You’ll start on the Corso Sempione\, near the Arco della Pace and finish in the Piazza Del Duomo\, Milan's 14th century and main piazza (city square)\, whic h is dominated by the Duomo\, or Milan's Cathedral .

\n It's a route that crosses the beating heart of Milan. From start to finish\, you ’ll experience iconic urban landscapes\, the warmt h of the crowd\, DJ sets\, music zones\, and cheer ing points that turn every metre into a moment to remember.

Every penny y ou raise will go towards our vital work providing much-needed support and information\, raising awar eness and campaigning for change for the 1 in 10 l iving with endometriosis in the UK.

Th ere is a minimum fundraising target £500. By regis tering\, you pledge your commitment to begin fundr aising and raising a portion of your target by Oct ober 20th 2026 or you will lose your space and no longer be eligible to run.
