My name is Helen and I run the Endometriosis UK Support Groups in Widnes and Bootle.

The group in Widnes will run every 1-2 months.

As well as informal discussions and support, we will have Healthy Lifestyle sessions run by a food and health worker who will talk to the group about diet, exercise and lifestyle.

We also intend to have specific meetings about gynaecological issues and alternative therapies/pamper sessions.

I will try and arrange the dates and times of the meetings to suit the majority of people within the group.
