South West London Group

aim is to provide a friendly and comfortable environment where women with Endometriosis (along with their friends and family) can gain support and a greater understanding of the condition and how to live with it.”

Meetings take place approximately every two months and we have a mix of informal social gatherings and more formal informative sessions.

The following informative sessions are planned for 2012 and we are very lucky to have some wonderful speakers coming to talk to us:

•Nutrition
•Acupuncture
•“Free From” Cooking Class
•Exercise and Endometriosis
•Fundraising Challenge

Dates and venues will be published nearer the time.

BUT before 2012 starts, we've got a little Xmas Drinks Night lined up for you on Thursday 1st December. We've reserved an area in The Goat on Battersea Rise which is about 5 mins walk from Clapham Junction train station. We'll be there from 6.30pm and it would be lovely to see lots of you there to wish you a Happy Christmas. A little Elf also told me that Father Christmas had dropped off a Lucky Dip Box so everyone who attends gets to take away a little something special :)

If this would be your first time attending a group meeting and you are slightly nervous about turning up, please remember that you are more than welcome to bring a friend for support. Also everyone is really friendly and you definitely won't be the only one there who doesn't know anyone else!

We look forward to welcoming you to the group.
