Guildford Group

Next Meeting:
Date: Monday 23 January
Time: 7.00pm - 9.00pm
Location: Gynae outpatients at the Royal Surrey County Hospital

This will be an informal hospital-led meeting over tea and coffee for patients and relatives reflecting on last year‘s work within the group and to discuss what you feel you require from group meetings in the coming year.

About Guildford Meetings:

Some of our meetings are hospital-led, and will be run by Clinical Nurse Specialist, Wendy-Rae Mitchell . This is an exciting new development that not only means we can offer more meetings but also that we are able to benefit from Wendy's excellent experience and support, please see attached letter for further details.  Wendy has been a great supporter of the group for many years as well as an ardent fundraiser, sporting pink pants on many peaks to raise much needed funds for Endometriosis UK.

Usually, meetings are held in the parentcraft room in Gynae outpatients at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford unless otherwise advised.

On the evenings where meetings start at 7.45pm, new members are invited to arrive slightly earlier (from 7.30pm) because we recognise it can be quite nerve-wracking coming along to the group for the first time.

You can be assured of a very warm welcome and plenty of support in your journey with endometriosis.
