Lanarkshire Group

My name is Lynn and I run the Lanarkshire Endometriosis UK Support Group which commenced in March 2008. We meet every two to three months.

As well as informal discussions and support, we have had a Nutritionist and Psychotherapist come along and talk to the group about diet, supplements and lifestyle. We also intend to have specific meetings to discuss pain management, gynaecological issues and alternative therapies.

I am also working to increase organisational awareness by giving talks to Healthy Working Lives Groups, and asking for ministerial help to get our message to other large organisations.

Sufferers and their partners or carers are welcome to come along to our meetings which are held in:

Wishaw General Hospital
50 Netherton Street
Wishaw
ML2 0DP

Details of our next meeting will be published soon.
