The Wonkey Donkey Derby
by Patti Crozier and her fiancé Simon.

Patti said: "As soon as we learned members could do charity events to raise money and awareness, simon and I were eager to help.
"The only logical answer was a panto horse race (obviously!)."
Patti and Simon raised 1,400 for the charity

TIPS and IDEAS!

e It could be at work, school, the pub, your local park or even at home.

e Think of something simple and entertaining, that you’ll be excited about planning.

e It could be a tea party with your closest friends, a mini village fete, a quiz evening in your local pub, or an ‘old school’ sports day with egg & spoon, sack race and tug-o-war!
